East Belfast marketer Stefany Watson has joined the line-up for the inaugural Entrepreneurs Unleashed Conference.
The event, which is taking place at the Cathy Short Theatre in Belfast on November 28, is designed to ignite entrepreneurial spirit and provide actionable insights to growing businesses.
Organised by multi-disciplinary media and marketing agency Excalibur Press, Entrepreneurs Unleashed is poised to be a pivotal opportunity for entrepreneurs seeking fresh outlooks on local industries and practical tools to elevate their businesses. The insightful conference aims to spark entrepreneurial innovation and provide actionable strategies for business growth.
The native and digital marketing consultant Stefany Watson, founder of Digital Ghost NI, will bring her specialist knowledge on email marketing, e-commerce website optimisation and social media strategy to the event, sharing her suggestions for the directions fellow entrepreneurs should take their companies.
Stefany’s decision to deliver her insights at the first ever Entrepreneurs Unleashed conference in North Belfast comes from her innate belief that community is an essential part of development within business.
She said: “I chose to speak at Entrepreneurs Unleashed because I believe in the power of collective wisdom and the impact it can have on individual business growth.
“I’m particularly looking forward to engaging with fellow entrepreneurs, learning from their experiences, and discussing how we can all better harness tools to not just meet, but exceed our business objectives.”
Her expertise lies in designing impactful email campaigns, enhancing website functionality for online retail and providing actionable digital marketing advice that boosts brand visibility and revenue, all areas which she will divulge further into next week.
Utilising her experience with digital success, Stefany will take part in a panel discussion alongside Ruth Young of Ruthless Media and Esther Ocampo from IPA Group where the panel will focus on the realities and best practices of social and digital marketing, including exploring how businesses can strike a balance between engaging social media strategies and the conversion power of email marketing.
Explaining what attendees can expect from her participation in the conversation on November 28, Stefany said: “At the panel discussion on the realities and best practices of social and digital marketing, I’ll be delving into the critical role of social media in business growth.
“Social media is an indispensable tool for continually feeding the sales funnel and engaging with a broad audience, however, I often observe that businesses can become overwhelmed by the constant pressure to produce new content, which can detract from focusing on the most profitable activities.”
Entrepreneurs Unleashed, supported by sponsors including Belfast City Council, promises a vibrant lineup of speakers offering expertise on key topics like leveraging AI, mastering marketing strategies, fostering workplace inclusivity and many more.
Tina Calder, Chief Vision Officer at parent company Excalibur Press and the visionary behind the event, highlighted the conference’s importance in the current climate.
She said: “Excalibur Press works with dozens of entrepreneurs each year and the one thing we realised was there wasn’t an event completely dedicated to those small to medium businesses who wanted to find ways of taking their business to the next level.
“We are lucky to have a fantastic array of corporate partners, consultants, and associates we work with on a regular basis so we decided to incorporate the fantastic expertise and knowledge they bring to our extended team.”
Event attendees will have the opportunity to network with like-minded professionals, exchange ideas and explore new business opportunities, making it an incredible opportunity for both budding entrepreneurs and seasoned business leaders.
Speakers at the conference include Tina Calder herself, Michael McAdam (Movie House Cinemas), Adam McBride & Carole King (Excalibur Press), Gary Gates & Cara Marks (Neurodiversity Spark), Kevin O’Reilly (Toastmasters), Lisa McCaul (Belfast Met), Katie Matthews Furphy (Mind Tribe UK), Chiho Tang (Oranga), Jenny Irvine (Raise Ventures), Mark Johnston (Johnston Financial Solutions), Lisa Strutt (Career Reboot) and Amy Martin (Scaffold Digital) among others.
Reflecting on her year in business, Stefany added: “I launched Digital Ghost NI earlier this year and today, Digital Ghost NI serves clients across multiple sectors, delivering significant improvements in their digital operations and sales performance.
“The journey has been one of continuous learning and adaptation, driven by a mission to empower businesses to achieve their full digital potential.
“I am passionate about helping businesses thrive in the digital landscape, especially those with tangible products.”
