Excalibur Press Team Up With Crusaders FC To Offer Marketing Opportunities With JobStart Programme

Excalibur Press have teamed up with our client Crusaders FC to offer two fantastic opportunities for young people aged 16-24 the chance to work in a marketing agency specialising in sports, leisure, entertainment and hospitality.

As part of the Excalibur Press JobStart management programme two young people will be recruited under the Department of Communities JobStart scheme to work for Crusaders FC and Seaview Stadium over the course of six months.

During that time the JobStart employees will be based at Excalibur Press’ offices in the city centre but will also spend time on site with the client creating content and executing a marketing strategy and plan.

The two roles available are:

Social Media & Content Assistant

This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with a passion for sport and/or social media and a talent for digital communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our marketing teams by assisting with our social media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering member engagement through various digital platforms as well as working closely with our marketing and publicity assistant to support them in their role.

Marketing & Publicity Assistant

In this role you will support the Crusaders management team and Excalibur Press to promote and raise awareness for the football clubs, academy, hospitality and outreach work of the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our marketing team, creating engaging content, fostering media and community liaison and working closely with our Social Media & Content Assistant to support them in their role.
